The agency principal is a Licensed Financial Advisor, which means he has special training and licenses well beyond the average insurance agent. This means our firm operates at a much higher level for all products and services we offer.

Barry A. Sikov, PFP: President and Founder
Barry opened Belair Insurance Services in 1991 as a full-service insurance and financial services agency. Because he worked in the scientific and medical industry for over 20 years, health insurance was a natural progression. After all, he speaks and understands medical terminology. Barry is an active member of the Los Angeles Association of Health Underwriters and is active in numerous community organizations including the Greater West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. In addition to having a California Insurance License, Barry has three Securities Licenses. Because ©suitability© is paramount for client investing, he has transferred that concept all the way down to our inexpensive dental plans. If the product you want to buy is not ©suitable© for your circumstances, he and his staff will advise you so and no one in the firm will be allowed to sell it to you! We have to watch out for ©your© best financial interests!

Warren Doi: Senior Client Services Representative
Warren joined Belair in 1996 to head up the Client Service Department. His keen sense of mathematics has allowed him to help clients with medical claims and help clients determine the most cost effective plan to purchase. He brings to this position in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and a firm dedication to customer service. He has a California Insurance License.

Michael R. Sikov: Client Service Representative
Michael joined Belair in 2009 as a Client Service Representative. He is a dedicated professional who understands the insurance "shopping" process and he really cares about the clients. His personal goal is to keep our clients properly insured and satisfied. He has a California Insurance License.

Elizabeth Young: Client Service Representative
Elizabeth joined Belair in 2003 as a Client Service Representative. Being a mother of two children, she understands family dynamics and handles all office administrative functions.
